In today's internal combustion engine technology development,the use of friction wheel in the front wheel system of the engine to control the engine mechanical water pump work,so that the engine fast warm-up,is one of the solutions to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper introduces the causes and solutions of abnormal noise of the friction wheel.
