基于CFD流场分析的点胶均质化研究

摘要 传统顶针式点胶阀在小流量的工况下易出现气泡或真空包及断胶的现象,导致点胶阀出胶均质性差。针对此问题,文章提出改进点胶阀的进胶方式变为新型双侧进胶。通过CFD流体仿真软件对传统和改进后的点胶阀在小流量的工况下,进行出胶均匀性研究。仿真结果表明,双侧进胶点胶阀出口压力比单侧的压力高,并进行了实验验证,得到改进后的均质化好,具有推广应用价值。 The traditional thimble dispensing valve is prone to bubble,vacuum bag and glue break under the condition of small flow rate,which leads to poor homogeneity of dispensing valve.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to change the feeding mode of dispensing valve into a new type of two-sided feeding.Through CFD fluid simulation software,the dispensing uniformity of traditional and improved dispensing valve was studied under the condition of small flow.The simulation results show that the pressure of the two-sided dispensing valve is higher than that of the single-sided one.The experimental results show that the improved dispensing valve has good homogenization,and has the value of popularization and application.
