摘要
在大缸径发动机结构中,由于高爆压、高升功率的发动机的开发越来越多,发动机各部件连接所需的摩擦力越来越大,相应的所需螺栓连接的轴力也越来越大,普通螺栓由于消耗在螺纹、支撑面、法兰等的能量较大,实际得到的轴力也较小。液压拉伸结构螺栓能够起到较大的连接轴力的需求,在大缸径发动机的主轴承螺栓、主轴承侧拉螺栓及缸盖螺栓中应用越来越广泛,甚至在连杆螺栓中也开始出现应用,安装这种螺栓也需要专用的液压工具。在曲轴和飞轮的连接中,由于需要更大的传递扭矩,过盈配合结构的轮毂和曲轴应用在大缸径发动机中,而安装这种过盈结构,也需要液压工具。文章从发动机实例介绍说明这两种超高压液压工具在大缸径发动机装配中的应用。
In the large diameter cylinder engine structure,due to high pressure,high power engine development more and more,the engine friction is more and more needed for the connection of different parts,corresponding the axial force of bolt connection required also more and more big,the ordinary bolt due to consumption in the energy of the screw,bearing surface and flange is larger,the actual axial force is lesser also.Hydraulic tensile structure bolts can play a larger connection axial force demand,in the large cylinder diameter engine main bearing bolts,main bearing side pull bolts and cylinder head bolts are more and more widely used,even in connecting rod bolts also began to appear in the application,the installation of this bolt also need special hydraulic tools.In connection with crankshaft and flywheel,due to the need for greater transmission torque,interference fit structure of the hub and crankshaft used in large bore engines,and the installation of this interference structure,also need hydraulic tools.This paper introduces the application of these two kinds of ultra-high pressure hydraulic tools in the assembly of large-bore engine.
