迄今为止的全球化是资本主义主导的,以竞争为手段,以逐利为目标,遵循丛林法则的运行逻辑,形成了充斥着侵占与掠夺的不公正利益格局。这种充斥着资本"原罪"的利益格局,使得资本主义基本矛盾在全球范围内传导与扩张,强化国际关系的不平等性、引发逆全球化思潮、加剧生态危机、弱化全球治理效能。共同体精神是全球化的核心价值和实践归依。人类命运共同体理念,是对马克思主义共同体思想的坚守和弘扬,是对传统全球化模式的检讨和升华,凝结着人类社会发展的共同价值准则,是中国叙事与世界叙事的高度统一,体现出全球化的主题切换、历史逻辑与当代发展。

The core values and goal of globalization lie in the vision of community.The globalization to date is a process of building a community with shared interests,dominated by capitalism,with competition as its means and profit-seeking as its goal,imbued with unjust plundering of profit.This community,filled with the“original sin”of capital,has made the capitalist contradictions transmit and expand globally,enhanced the inequality of international relations,triggered growing backlash against globalization,intensified the ecological crises,and weakened the effectiveness of global governance.In contrast,the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind upholds and enriches Marxist philosophy on community,sublates and develops the traditional model of a community of interests.It incorporates the common values and norms for the development of human society,representing a great unity of the Chinese vision and the global vision,embodying a shift in theme,a logical development of history and an advancement as well.
