摘要
为了提高察哈素煤矿大采高综采工作面的安全回采效率,以31303工作面为工程背景,采用现场实测的方法对来压步距规律进行研究分析。现场实测数据显示,工作面初次来压步距为75.1~79.7 m,平均为78.2 m;周期来压步距为13.4~16.2 m。对工作面两巷超前支承压力进行统计分析,平均影响距离为25.78 m。以此建立了顶板结构模型,为工作面来压预报提供依据,为其他工作面的矿压显现规律及支护提供借鉴。
In order to improve the safety mining efficiency of the fully mechanized working face with large mining height in Chahasu Coal Mine,based on the engineering background of 31303 working face,the method of field measurement was adopted to study and analyze the law of step spacing.The field measured data show that the initial pressure stepping distance of the working face is 75.1-79.7 m,with an average of 78.2 m;the range of periodic pressure step was 13.4-16.2 m.Statistical analysis was conducted on the lead abutment pressure of the working face,and the average impact distance was 25.78 m.This paper established the roof structure model to provide the basis for the pressure forecast of the working face and provide reference for the mining pressure development law and support of other working faces.
