河北省煤炭工业“十四五”发展基础及面临形势研究

Study on Development Basis and Situation of Coal Industry in Hebei Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

在全面总结“十三五”期间河北省煤炭工业发展成就的基础上,系统分析了发展基础及其背景,发现产业发展中存在的问题,从全国和河北省两方面指出了“十四五”期间河北省煤炭工业发展将处于机遇与挑战共存,机遇大于挑战的环境中。

Based on a comprehensive summary of the achievements of coal industry development in Hebei Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,this paper systematically analyzed the development basis and background,found out the problems existing in the industrial development,and pointed out that the coal industry development in Hebei Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan will be in an environment where opportunities and challenges coexist from both the national and Hebei province aspects,and opportunities outweigh challenges.
