在原煤生产过程中,皮带机经常会出现跑偏现象。随着时代的发展和科技的进步,虽然皮带机纠偏取得了长足进步,但是在皮带机运行过程中依然存在一些问题,例如因皮带跑偏而导致原煤掉落和堆积。分析了皮带跑偏的原因,探讨了常见的纠偏方法,希望能够更好地促进煤炭的运输。

In the process of raw coal production,the belt conveyor often deviates.With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,although the belt conveyor deviation correction has made great progress,there are still some problems in the operation of the belt conveyor,such as raw coal falling and accumulation caused by belt deviation.This paper analyzed the causes of belt deviation,discussed the common deviation correction methods,hoping to better promote the transportation of coal.
