摘要
为解决松软破碎煤层顺层钻孔水排渣钻进工艺钻孔施工效率较低、深孔钻进困难等技术难题,在长平矿开展了顺层钻孔氮气排渣复合定向钻进试验。介绍了氮气排渣复合定向钻进装备及工艺,对长平矿顺层钻孔氮气排渣复合定向钻进试验进行了研究。该试验考察了在N2基本相同压力时,N2流量对钻孔钻进深度的影响。试验结果表明,N2压力0.95 MPa、流量1 000~1 200 m3/h时,钻孔最大孔深达到了306 m,成孔深度200 m以上钻孔的成孔率达到了81.8%。
In order to solve the technical problems of drilling technology of water slag removal in bedding drilling of soft broken coal seams,such as low drilling efficiency and difficult deep hole drilling,the test of compound directional drilling of nitrogen slag removal was carried out in Changping Coal Mine.This paper introduced the equipment and technology of compound directional drilling of nitrogen slag removal,and studied the test of compound directional drilling of nitrogen slag removal in Changping Coal Mine.The test investigated the influence of N2 flow rate on drilling depth when N2 pressure was basically the same.The test results show that when the N2 pressure reaches 0.95 MPa and the flow rate reaches 1000-1200 m3/h,the maximum hole depth reaches 306 m,and the hole forming rate reaches 81.8%when the drilling depth is more than 200 m.
