摘要 建立了海洋平台综合安全评估指标与评估模型,实现了对海洋平台各种风险的综合评估。通过目标分解简化影响因子,搭建影响平台安全的综合评估模型,构建风险评估矩阵,计算每一个层次的相对权重加权综合得到组合权重,确定风险等级。综合安全评估模型可根据实际情况增加(减少)风险因子的数量,不受搭建模型的局限性,提高海洋平台综合安全风险评估能力,从而及时有效地降低风险,避免安全事故的发生。 This paper established the comprehensive safety evaluation index and assessment model of offshore platform,which realized the comprehensive risk assessment of offshore platform.Through the target decomposition,it simplified the influence factors,built the comprehensive assessment model affecting the platform safety,constructed the risk assessment matrix,calculated the relative weight of each level to obtain the combination weight,and formulated the risk level.The comprehensive safety assessment model can increase(reduce)the number of risk factors according to the actual situation,which was not limited by the establishment of the model,and improve the comprehensive safety risk assessment ability of offshore platform,so as to reduce the risk timely and effectively and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
