摘要
在北京北大先锋科技有限公司印度JSPL制氧项目中,由于环境昼夜温度变化导致产品气纯度、流量存在较大波动,对机前富氧系统的用氧控制造成了影响。为了解决该问题,通过采用理想气体方程对温度变化对系统的影响进行了理论分析;根据现有设备组成及设备操作原理,提出了产量、纯度的自动调节控制方案并通过PLC控制程序将其实现。通过分析自动调节投入前后的运行数据发现,该自动调节方案可降低产品气纯度波动范围61%,降低流量波动范围52%,实现了设计目的。该自动调节方法降低了环境温度对变压吸附制氧产品气纯度、流量的影响,为今后解决同类问题提供了思路及参考依据。
In the Indian JSPL oxygen production project of Beijing Peking University Pioneer Science and Technology Co.,LTD.,the product gas purity and flow rate fluctuated greatly due to the environmental day-night temperature change,which affected the oxygen control of the oxygen enrichment system in front of the machine.In order to solve this problem,the effect of temperature change on the system is analyzed by the ideal gas equation.According to the existing equipment composition and operating principle,the automatic control scheme of output and purity is proposed and realized by PLC control program.Through the analysis of the operation data before and after the automatic adjustment,it is found that the automatic adjustment scheme can reduce the fluctuation range of product gas purity by 61% and reduce the fluctuation range of flow by 52%,thus achieving the design purpose.This automatic regulation method reduces the influence of ambient temperature on the purity and flow of PSA oxygen production,and provides a thought and reference for solving similar problems in the future.
