摘要
在近代日本公共卫生制度的演变过程中,日本国民的身体契约随之变化。明治时期,以天花、霍乱、鼠疫等急性传染病防治为核心的防疫卫生体系被创建,民众的身体被置于国民国家的监管之下,“近代的身体”得以生成。大正至昭和初期,以结核、麻风、花柳病等慢性传染病为核心的预防卫生体系得以延展,国民的身体被置于工业经济体系的连锁结构之中,约定为“劳动的身体”。厚生省战前期,构建了以体力提升和结核扑灭为核心的体力保健卫生体系,国民的身体被置于总体战的挟制之下,从而异化为“战争的身体”。总之,在近代日本的防疫、预防、保健制度下,公共卫生权力深度介入民众的身体空间,强制达成身体契约,“身体的国家化”是身体生产的政治哲学。
In the process of the evolution of the public health system in modern Japan,the physical contract was changed accordingly.During the Meiji period,the epidemic prevention system with the control of acute infectious diseases was established,the people’s bodies were placed under the supervision of the national state,and the modern body was formed.From Taisho to Showa,the prevention system with chronic infectious diseases was extended,and the badies of national was placed in the chain of the industrial economic system,the working body was agreed.The Ministry of Health and Welfare constructed a health care system with physical promotion and tuberculosis eradication,and the body was hijacked by the total war,thus alienated into the body of war.In short,public health power was deeply involved in the people’s body space and forced to reach a body contract,nationalization of the body is the political philosophy of body formation.
