During the colonial times in North America,English kings and British Parliament played the different power roles at various times.From the development trend terms,with the Parliament’s power growing and the kings’forces decline,the Parliament expanded its influence gradually in the management of affairs in British colonies in North American;but comprehensive survey,the British kings always played leading roles in the management of the affairs.After the Seven years war,the British King’s inappropriate form of rule gave birth to the maturity of revolutionary situation in British colonies in North America.
