Rationality,Stability and Challenges of the Lebanese Confessional Political System:From the Perspective of Political Order

黎巴嫩的政治秩序集中体现为政治教派制度。黎巴嫩政治教派制度有其存在的合理性,有助于黎巴嫩的国家建构,满足了责任制政府的要求,一定程度实现了民主的目标。政治教派制度同样也是稳定的,有着良好的继承性和适应性,黎巴嫩教派主义根深蒂固。市民社会的兴起以及政治参与程度的提升,对政治教派制度构成威胁。由于市民社会内在的缺陷以及政治教派制度仍有着较强的调适能力,市民社会的挑战较为有限。

Lebanese confessional political systems had its rationality of existence,which was helpful to Lebanon state building,met the requirements of responsible government,and achieved the goal of democracy to a certain extent.The system was also stable,with good inheritance and adaptability;communalism was deeply rooted in Lebanon.The rise of civil society and its increasing political participation posed threat to the system.Due to the inherent defects of civil society and the system of strong ability of self-regulation,the challenges of civil society were relatively limited.
