摘要
为探究筒式武器在有限空间内发射后喷流场特性,文中采用ANSYS Fluent软件对某型筒式武器后喷流场进行求解,得到了其后喷流场冲击波云图,近、远场压强变化曲线。研究表明:筒式武器在有限空间内发射后喷流场可分为3个阶段:初始波系形成阶段、冲击波反射阶段以及紊乱阶段;冲击波与壁面碰撞形成的反射波会引起流场压强回升,对炮手点压强峰值影响较大,峰值提高为自由射场的2.5倍,而对近壁点压强峰值的提升较小。
In order to explore the characteristics of the launching flow field after launching a tube-shape weapon in a limited space,this paper uses ANSYS Fluent software to solve the launching flow field of a tube-shape weapon,and obtains the shock wave cloud map of the launching flow field,as well as the near and far Field pressure variation curve.The research shows that the launching flow field can be divided into three stages after launching in a limited space:the initial wave system formation stage,the shock wave reflection stage and the turbulence stage;the reflection wave formed by the collision of the shock wave and the wall will cause the pressure of the flow field to rise,The impact on the gunner′s point pressure peak is higher,and the peak is 2.5 times that of the free shot,while the increase on the near wall point pressure peak is smaller.
