摘要
为合理筛选车载双联装发射平台发射环境,需要对前后两发导弹发射过程影响因素进行分析。采用非线性有限元动力学数值计算方法,分析了发动机推力偏心、地面倾斜角度对车载双联装发射平台前后两发弹发射精度和发射平台稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明,发动机推力偏心在±0.5°内对发射平台的稳定性影响不大;地面倾斜角度对发射平台的稳定性影响较大,应在±2.5°内发射。
In order to reasonably screen the launch environment of the vehicle-mounted dual launch platform,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of the launch process of the two missiles before and after.Based on the nonlinear finite element numerical calculation,the influences of engine thrust misalignment angle,ground inclination angle on the launch accuracy and the platform stability were summarized.A finite element model with initial ground stress was built.The results show that the engine thrust eccentricity has little effect on the stability of the launching platform within±0.5°;the ground tilt angle has a great influence on the stability of the launching platform and should be launched within±2.5°.
