预控破片战斗部周向刻槽参数正交优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对试验过程中预控破片出现轴向粘连的情况,利用数值模拟和正交优化相结合的方法,对周向刻槽参数进行优化分析,得到周向槽参数设置的较优方案。并对比轴向、周向槽参数一致时有效破片的生成情况。仿真与试验结果表明:刻槽参数一致时,有效破片生成率降低16.67%,质量损失率增加14.45%。单独优化周向刻槽参数可有效解决破片轴向粘连问题。 In view of the axial adhesion of the pre-control fragment in the test process,the optimization analysis of the parameters of the circumferential groove is carried out separately by using the method of numerical simulation and orthogonal optimization,and the better scheme of the parameters setting of the circumferential groove is obtained.And compare the generation of effective fragments when the parameters of axial and circumferential grooves are the same.The simulation and test results show that when the groove parameters are consistent,the effective fragment generation rate is reduced by 16.67%,and the mass loss rate is increased by 14.45%.The axial adhesion of fragments can be effectively solved by optimizing the parameters of circumferential groove.
