碳14呼气试验检测HP感染对消化道疾病的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Carbon 14 Breath Test for HP Infection in Digestive Tract Diseases

目的:分析碳14呼气试验检测HP感染对消化道疾病的诊断价值,为临床消化道疾病诊断提供借鉴。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年9月在本院接受诊疗的195例消化道疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者均已经过胃镜检查确诊。对所有患者均开展碳14呼气试验检测,观察195例消化道疾病患者阳性检出率和检测满意度。结果:195例消化道疾病患者总阳性检出率为63.08%(123/195),其中慢性浅表性胃炎患者阳性检出率为67.50%(27/40),慢性萎缩性胃炎患者阳性检出率为60.00%(21/35),十二指肠溃疡患者阳性检出率为61.11%(22/36),胃溃疡患者阳性检出率为73.33%(33/45),复合型溃疡患者阳性检出率为53.57%(15/28),胃癌患者阳性检出率为45.45%(5/11)。195例消化道疾病患者对碳14呼气试验检查总满意度为97.95%(191/195),显著高于对胃镜检查满意度72.31%(141/195),P<0.05。结论:碳14呼气试验检测HP感染在消化道疾病诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of carbon 14 breath test for HP infection in digestive tract diseases,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of digestive tract diseases.Methods:195 patients with digestive tract diseases treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients had been confirmed by gastroscopy.Carbon 14 breath test was carried out for all patients.The positive detection rate and detection satisfaction of 195 patients with digestive tract diseases were observed.Results:The total positive rate was 63.08%(123/195).The positive detection rate of patients with chronic superficial gastritis was 67.50%(27/40),that of chronic atrophic gastritis was 60.00%(21/35),that of duodenal ulcer was 61.11%(22/36),that of gastric ulcer was 73.33%(33/45),that of compound ulcer was 53.57%(15/28),and that of gastric cancer was 45.45%(5/11).The total satisfaction rate of the 195 patients with digestive tract diseases of carbon 14 breath test was 97.95%(191/195),which was significantly higher than 72.31%(141/195)of gastroscopy.Conclusion:The detection of HP infection by carbon 14 breath test has high application value in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases,which is worthy of popularization and application.
