床旁支气管镜在ICU重症脑卒中并发肺部感染患者诊疗中的应用价值

摘要 目的:探析床旁支气管镜在ICU收治的重症脑卒中并发肺部感染患者诊疗中的应用价值。方法:收集本院ICU于2018年5月~2019年4月收治的重症脑卒中并发肺部感染患者136例的临床资料,随机数字表法分组:对照组患者给予常规吸痰等治疗,观察组给予床旁支气管镜治疗,同时以CT检查结果为金标准,统计两组的肺部感染诊断准确率以及治疗效果。结果:观察组的诊断准确率98.53%高于对照组的诊断准确率88.24%,P<0.05;观察组总有效率97.06%高于对照组的总有效率86.76%,P<0.05;观察组ICU入住时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:床旁支气管镜在ICU重症脑卒中患者并发肺部感染的诊断中应用准确率高,利于早期检出肺部感染,同时有助于提高治疗效果,促进患者康复。 Objective:To explore the value of bedside bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe stroke complicated with lung infection in icu.Methods:To collect the clinical data of 136 patients with severe stroke complicated with pulmonary infection treated by ICU in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019,the randomized digital table group:the control group was treated with conventional sputum aspiration,the observation group was treated with bedside bronchoscope,and the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic effect of lung infection in the two groups were counted according to the results of CT examination.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 98.53%higher than that of the control group 88.24%,P<0.05;the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%higher than that of the control group 86.76%,P<0.05;the ICU stay time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of bedside bronchoscope in the diagnosis of severe stroke patients with pulmonary infection in ICU has high accuracy,which is beneficial to the early detection of pulmonary infection,and is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of patients.
