微脉冲激光小梁成形术对开角型青光眼及高眼压症患者眼压及视力恢复的影响

Effect of Micropulse Laser Trabeculoplasty on Intraocular Pressure and Visual Acuity in Patients with Open-Angle Glaucoma and Ocular Hypertension

目的:探究脉冲激光小梁成形术对开角型青光眼及高眼压症患者眼压及视力恢复的影响。方法:选择本院2018年8月~2019年9月收治的90例青光眼及高眼压症患者为研究对象,在无任何干预措施的情况下将患者分为2组,每组45例患者。试验组患者采用微脉冲激光小梁成形术治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗方案。对比两组患者的治疗效果和治疗满意度。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率为95.6%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为86.7%,组间对比数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,试验组患者的平均视力为(4.8±0.2),优于对照组的(4.0±0.4),数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在青光眼及高眼压症患者的治疗中微脉冲激光小梁成形术能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,同时对于患者视力的恢复有着良好的促进作用。由此可见微脉冲激光小梁成形术临床效果显著。

Objective:The main purpose of the study is to explore the effect of pulse laser beam forming on intraocular pressure and visual acuity in patients with openangle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.Methods:90 patients with glaucoma and high intraocular pressure admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.Without any intervention,the patients were divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with micro pulse laser trabeculoplasty,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.The therapeutic effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the experimental group was 95.6%,and the total effective rate for patients in the control group was 86.7%.The difference in the comparison data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the average visual acuity of patients in the test group was(4.8±0.2),which was better than that of the control group(4.0±0.4),and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of glaucoma and high intraocular pressure patients,micropulse laser trabeculoplasty can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and promote the recovery of vision.It can be seen that the clinical effect of micro pulse laser trabeculoplasty is significant.
