多种自身抗体联合免疫球蛋白补体水平检测对SLE诊断价值的研究

Diagnostic Value of Multiple Autoantibodies Combined with Immunoglobulin Complement Detection in SLE

目的:探究多种自身抗体联合免疫球蛋白补体水平检测对SLE诊断价值。方法:在本院治疗的SLE患者中选取60例设为SLE组,纳入时间为2019年6月~2019年12月,并选择同期60例患自身免疫性疾病的患者设为疾病对照组,60例健康体检人群设为正常对照组,对其补体C3、C4、免疫球蛋白实施测定。结果:抗组蛋白抗体、抗核糖体P蛋白抗体、抗U1-nRNP抗体、抗核小体抗体、抗Sm抗体、抗dsDNA抗体、ANA对比,SLE组较疾病对照组高;抗核小体抗体、抗dsDNA抗体阳性率对比,SLE非活动组较SLE活动组低;IgG、IgA、IgM水平对比,SLE活动组较正常对照组高,而C3、C4水平较正常对照组低,统计学存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测SLE患者自身抗体、免疫球蛋白、补体水平有利于病情的诊断和判断。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of autoantibody combined with immunoglobulin complement detection in SLE.Methods:60 patients with SLE treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as SLE group,60 patients with autoimmune diseases in the same period were selected as the disease control group,60 healthy people were set as the normal control group,the complement C3,C4 and immunoglobulin were measured.Results:Compared with anti-histone antibody,anti-ribosomal P protein antibody,anti-U1-nRNP antibody,anti-nucleosome antibody,anti-Sm antibody,anti-dsDNA antibody,ANA,SLE group was higher than disease control group;anti-nucleosome antibody,anti-dsDNA antibody positive rate comparison,SLE inactive group is lower than SLE active group;IgG,IgA,IgM level comparison,SLE active group is higher than normal control group,while C3,C4 levels are lower than normal control group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of autoantibody,immunoglobulin and complement in SLE patients is beneficial to the diagnosis of SLE.
