无创高频振荡通气在早产儿有创机械通气撤机后呼吸支持效果的随机对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究无创高频振荡通气实行于有创机械通气撤机之后早产儿中对其呼吸支持干预效果。方法:对2017年4月~2019年10月本医院诊治的68例有创机械通气撤机之后早产儿实施随机对照指标分析,按入院日期奇偶数分组,各34例,实验组选用无创高频振荡通气,参比组选用常规通气,探索有关评估指标。结果:实验组无创通气未成功需再次实行气管插管较参比组降低(P<0.05);实验组无创通气支持所用时长、住院治疗总时长等各项指标相较于参比组数据分析内容,指标研究结果未表明明显相差值(P>0.05)。结论:为有创机械通气撤机之后早产儿选取无创高频振荡通气实施呼吸支持干预呈现较优效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of noninvasive high-frequency oscillatory ventilation on respiratory support interventions in preterm infants after invasive mechanical ventilation withdrawal.Methods:A randomized controlled index analysis was performed on 68 cases of premature infants diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2019 after weaning from invasive mechanical ventilation.The patients were divided into groups according to the odd and even number of admission date,34 cases in each group.Oscillatory ventilation,the reference group used conventional ventilation to explore relevant evaluation indicators.Results:In the experimental group,if the non-invasive ventilation is unsuccessful,the need to perform tracheal intubation again is lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the experimental group's non-invasive ventilation support time,total length of hospitalization and other indicators are compared with the reference group,the index research results did not show a significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive high-frequency oscillatory ventilation for preterm infants after weaning with mechanical ventilation is a better choice for respiratory support interventions.
