化学发光免疫测定技术在甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中的应用分析

目的:探讨化学发光免疫测定技术在甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中的应用价值。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的100例疑似甲状腺肿瘤患者,随机均分为2组,每组各50例,对照组采用放射免疫测定技术,研究组采用化学发光免疫测定技术,对比两组检测效果。结果:以病理检测作为金标准,100例患者确诊甲状腺肿瘤89例(89.00%)。对照组检测阳性82例、阴性3例,研究组检测阳性84例、阴性6例。研究组准确度、灵敏度高于对照组,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),特异度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化学发光免疫测定技术在甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中的应用价值显著,有利于降低检测辐射损害,提高安全性,且检测特异度、准确度、灵敏度较高。

Objective:Explore the value of chemiluminescent immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of thyroid tumor.Methods:100 suspected thyroid cancer patients were selected in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,control group used radioimmunoassay,the study group used chemiluminescence immunoassay,the results of the two groups were compared.Results:89 cases(89.00%)of thyroid tumors were diagnosed by pathological examination.In the control group,82 cases were positive and 3 cases were negative,in the study group,84 cases were positive and 6 cases were negative.The accuracy and sensitivity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the specificity was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Chemiluminescent immunoassay has significant value in the detection of thyroid tumor,it is beneficial to reduce the radiation damage and improve the safety of detection,and has high detection specificity,accuracy and sensitivity.
