血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态学的分析

Analysis of Blood Routine Test with Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer and Blood Cell Morphology

目的:探讨血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态学的临床价值。方法:选择本院2018年10月~2019年10月收治的100例患者作为本次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例,对照组采用全自动血细胞分析仪检查,研究组采用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态学检查,对比两组检查结果。结果:研究组阳性率为22.00%高于对照组8.00%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪联合血细胞形态学的分析检测价值好,准确度高,有利于弥补单独使用血细胞形态学分析的不足,提高异常血液样本的检出率。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of automatic hematology analyzer combined with hematomorphology in routine blood test.Methods:100 patients in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,according to the random number table,50 cases were divided into study group and control group,the control group was examined by automatic hematology analyzer,the study group was examined by automatic hematology analyzer combination with blood cell morphology,the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of the study group(22.00%)higher than that of the control group(8.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic hematology analyzer combined with morphological analysis of blood cells in routine blood test has good value and high accuracy,it is beneficial to make up for the shortcomings of single blood cell morphological analysis and improve the detection rate of abnormal blood samples.
