全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学在血常规检验中的应用价值 被引量:19

摘要 目的:对在血常规检验中采用全自动血细胞分析仪以及血涂片细胞形态学的临床价值进行探讨。方法:收集2018年3月~2020年2月本院接受血常规检验的患者88例,将所有患者静脉血采集后,分别以血涂片细胞形态学与全自动血细胞分析仪方式进行检查,探讨不同检验方法实际应用效果的差异性。结果:以血涂片方式对血液样本进行检查后,整体阳性率较高。全自动血细胞分析仪检查67份血液样本出现报警提示,血涂片检查阳性率为67.16%。两种检查方法对单核细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性细胞的检查结果差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于血涂片检查,血细胞分析仪对嗜碱性细胞检出率更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血常规检验中应用全自动血细胞分析仪效果更好,但仍然存在一定误检率,因此考虑与血涂片细胞形态学联合应用,以确保临床诊断符合率。 Objective:The clinical value of automatic blood cell analyzer and blood smear cell morphology in routine blood test was discussed.Methods:88 patients who received routine blood test from March 2018 to February 2020 in our hospital were collected.After collecting the venous blood of all patients,they were examined by blood smear cell morphology and automatic blood cell analyzer respectively to explore the difference of practical application effect of different test methods.Results:The overall positive rate of blood samples was higher after blood smear.67 blood samples were detected by automatic hematology analyzer,and the positive rate of blood smear was 67.16%.The difference of monocyte,neutrophil,lymphocyte and eosinophil between the two methods was small and no statistical significance(P>0.05);compared with blood smear,the detection rate of basophils by hematology analyzer was lower,the difference was large and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of automatic hematology analyzer in blood routine test is better,but there is still a certain rate of false detection.Therefore,it should be combined with blood smear cell morphology to ensure the clinical diagnosis rate.
