摘要 目的:主要分析不同的血浆速冻设备对血浆冷沉淀产生的影响。方法:本次临床实验选择2019年1月~2020年1月本院内的新鲜冰冻血浆1000份作为实验研究对象,并根据统计学中的1:1分组方法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组分别500例。实验组使用MBF21速冻机,对照组则使用三洋-30˚C低温冰箱,对进行制备之后冷沉淀分别放置在30min、50min的时间段内对其进行速冻处理,最终分析两组不同设备的冷沉淀质量。结果:本次实验研究显示,实验组的合格几率为98%,对照组则为95%,对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。由此可见,将不同的速冻设备用于血浆冷沉淀的制备中,对最终的质量具有一定的影响。结论:使用MBF21速冻机对血浆进行冷沉淀制备,能够显著提升血浆冷沉淀的合格几率,对冷沉淀产生的影响比较小,其具有较高的临床使用价值。 Objective:To analyze the effect of different quick-freezing plasma equipment on plasma cryoprecipitation.Methods:In this clinical experiment,88 samples of fresh frozen plasma from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as experimental subjects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the 1:1 grouping method in statistics,with 44 cases in each group.MBF21 quick-freezing machine was used in the experimental group,while sanyo-30˚C cryogenic refrigerator was used in the control group.After preparation,the cryo-precipitation was placed in 30 minutes and 50 minutes respectively for quick-freezing treatment,and the cryo-precipitation quality of the two groups of different equipment was finally analyzed.Results:The experimental study showed that the qualified probability of the experimental group was 98%,while that of the control group was 95%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).It can be seen that different quick-freezing equipment used in the preparation of plasma cryoprecipitation has a certain effect on the final quality.Conclusion:The preparation of plasma cryoprecipitation using MBF21 quick-freezing machine can significantly improve the qualified probability of plasma cryoprecipitation,which has a relatively small influence on the cryoprecipitation,and has a high clinical application value.
