乳腺腋窝淋巴结诊断中采用超声弹性成像与常规超声的临床对比研究

Comparative Study of Ultrasound Elastography and Conventional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Breast Axillary Lymph Nodes

目的:探讨采用常规超声和超声弹性成像分别用于诊断临床收治的乳腺腋窝淋巴患者效果。方法:本次研究随机挑选2018年4月~2020年1月到本院治疗的乳腺腋窝淋巴患者共100例进行研究,随后将常规超声和超声弹性成像分别用于诊断100例乳腺腋窝淋巴患者,淋巴结总共179枚,金标准为手术治疗后的病理检查结果,分别比对常规超声和超声弹性成像的诊断效果。结果:与常规超声诊断准确性、灵敏度和特异性相对比,超声弹性成像的准确性、灵敏度和特异性均显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论:和常规超声诊断效果相对比,超声弹性成像更适合用于诊断乳腺腋窝淋巴患者,可显著提升诊断准确性、特异度以及灵敏度。

Objective:To investigate the effects of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast axillary lymph patients.Methods:In this study,a total of 100 patients with breast axillary lymph were randomly selected from April 2018 to January 2020.Then,conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were used to diagnose 100 patients with breast axillary lymph,with a total of 179 lymph nodes.The gold standard was the pathological examination results after surgery,and the diagnostic effects of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were compared respectively.Results:Compared with the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of conventional ultrasound diagnosis,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional ultrasound diagnosis,ultrasound elastography is more suitable for diagnosing breast axillary lymph patients,and can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity.
