摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌筛查中应用超声综合检查的诊断价值。方法:于2017年5月~2019年10月期间,选取本院收治的42例乳腺癌患者,全部患者实施超声综合检查,包括二维超声、超声造影、超声弹性成像以及彩色多普勒超声等;并分析二维超声与超声综合检查的诊断准确率。结果:全部患者病理检查发现病灶56个,良性39个,所占比例69.64%,恶性17个,所占比例30.36%;良性包括乳腺增生、炎性肿块、纤维腺瘤分别为5个、7个、27个;恶性包括导管内癌、髓样癌、浸润性导管癌分别为1个、2个、14个;二维超声诊断良性病灶与恶性病灶的准确率分别为66.67%、64.71%,均低于超声综合诊断的87.18%、94.12%(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌筛查中应用超声综合检查的诊断价值显著,可使患者的诊断准确率显著提高,减少误诊情况的出现。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of comprehensive ultrasound screening for breast cancer.Methods:From May 2017 to October 2019,42 breast cancer patients admitted to this hospital were selected.All patients underwent comprehensive ultrasound examination,including two-dimensional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,ultrasound elastography,and color Doppler ultrasound;and analyze the diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound and ultrasound comprehensive examination.Results:The pathological examination of all patients found 56 lesions,39 benign,accounting for 69.64%,17 malignant,accounting for 30.36%;benign including breast hyperplasia,inflammatory mass,and fibroadenoma were 5 and 7 respectively,27;malignancies including intraductal carcinoma,medullary carcinoma,and invasive ductal carcinoma were 1,2,and 14 respectively;the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing benign and malignant lesions was 66.67%and 64.71%,both it was lower than 87.18%and 94.12%of comprehensive ultrasound diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic value of comprehensive ultrasound examination in breast cancer screening is significant,which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
