MRI在髋关节隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值

The Value of MRI in the Diagnosis of Occult Hip Fracture

目的:分析MRI在髋关节隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值,为临床髋关节隐匿性骨折诊断提供借鉴。方法:研究对象为本院2018年2月~2019年12月收治的32例髋关节隐匿性骨折患者,包括19例单发骨折患者和13例多发骨折患者。患者在入院之后分别对其开展多层螺旋CT检查和MRI检查,将两种检查方法诊断结果分别记为对照组和研究组,观察两组结果的检出率。结果:研究组患者单发骨折检出率、多发骨折检出率和总检出率分别为100.00%(19/19)、100.00%(13/13)和100.00%(32/32);对照组患者单发骨折检出率、多发骨折检出率和总检出率分别为42.11%(8/19)、61.54%(7/13)和46.88%(15/32)。组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于髋关节隐匿性骨折患者采用MRI进行检查可以有效改善骨折检出率,具有非常高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of occult fracture of hip joint,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of occult fracture of hip joint.Methods:32 patients with occult fracture of hip from February 2018 to December 2019 were studied,including 19 patients with single fracture and 13 patients with multiple fractures.After admission,the patients were examined by MSCT and MRI respectively.The diagnosis results of the two methods were recorded as the control group and the study group,and the detection rate of the results of the two groups was observed.Results:The detection rate of single fracture,multiple fracture and total detection rate in the study group were 100.00%(19/19),100.00%(13/13)and 100.00%(32/32)respectively.In the control group,the detection rate of single fracture,multiple fracture and total detection rate in the control group were 42.11%(8/19),61.54%(7/13)and 46.88%(15/32)respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI can effectively improve the detection rate of hip hidden fracture,which has a very high application value.
