血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪对血糖测定结果的对比观察

Comparative Observation of Blood Gas Analyzer and Automatic Biochemical Analyzer on Blood Glucose Measurement Results

目的:观察血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪对血糖测定结果的对比。方法:选取2018年9月~2019年9月于笔者医院就诊的112例患者为观察对象,抽取动脉血使用血气分析仪检验,同时抽取静脉血使用全自动生化分析仪进行检验,对比两种检验方法测定的血糖结果。结果:112例患者中38例为空腹检测,血气分析仪测定血糖值为(5.9±1.9)mmol/L,全自动生化分析仪测定血糖值为(6.0±2.0)mmol/L,两种检测方法测定血糖值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。74例患者为随机检测,血气分析仪测定血糖值为(7.7±2.3)mmol/L,全自动生化分析仪测定血糖值为(7.6±2.4)mmol/L,两种检测方法测定血糖值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用血气分析仪测定血糖具有操作简便、检验迅速的优点,检测结果与静脉血生化检测结果无明显差异,准确性好。

Objective:To observe the comparison of blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer on blood glucose measurement results.Methods:112 patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the objects of observation.Arterial blood was sampled and examined by blood gas analyzer,while venous blood was examined by automatic biochemical analyzer.The results of blood glucose measured by the two methods were compared.Results:38 of the 112 patients were fasting,the blood gas analyzer measured the blood glucose value was(5.9±1.9)mmol/L,the automatic biochemical analyzer measured the blood glucose value was(6.0±2.0)mmol/L,there was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).74 patients were randomly tested,the blood gas analyzer measured blood glucose value was(7.7±2.3)mmol/L,the automatic biochemical analyzer measured blood glucose value was(7.6±2.4)mmol/L,there was no statistical difference between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using blood gas analyzer to measure blood glucose has the advantages of simple operation and rapid test.There is no significant difference between the test results and venous blood biochemical test results,and the accuracy is good.
