磁共振诊断在脑静脉窦血栓中的技术应用价值和准确观察

Application Value and Accurate Observation of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis

目的:探讨在脑静脉窦血栓中实施磁共振诊断技术的应用价值和准确率。方法:将本院内科30例脑静脉窦血栓形成患者(2016年1月~2019年4月)纳入研究,对所有患者均进行CT检查、磁共振成像检查,分析总结诊断结果。结果:30例患者中病灶部位为:上矢状窦14例,直窦5例,横窦8例,乙状窦3例;出现脑水肿12例,出现脑出血14例,出现出血性脑梗死6例;实施磁共振成像对脑静脉窦血栓的诊断准确率96.7%与CT检查76.7%相比更高(P<0.05)。结论:在脑静脉窦血栓中实施磁共振诊断技术诊断效果好,可减少漏诊。

Objective:To investigate the application value and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.Methods:30 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2019 were included in the study.All patients were examined by CT and MRI,and the diagnosis results were analyzed and summarized.Results:Among the 30 patients,the location of the lesion was:superior sagittal sinus in 14 cases,straight sinus in 5 cases,transverse sinus in 8 cases,and sigmoid Among the 30 patients,the lesion sites were:14 cases of superior sagittal sinus,5 cases of straight sinus,8 cases of transverse sinus,3 cases of sigmoid sinus;12 cases of cerebral edema,14 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,and hemorrhagic cerebral infarction 6 cases;the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was 96.7%higher than that of CT examination 76.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is effective and can reduce missed diagnosis.
