X线,CT检查对骨巨细胞瘤的价值分析

The Value of X-Ray and CT in Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

目的:探讨骨巨细胞瘤患者采用X线、CT检查的价值。方法:以23例自2018年3月~2019年5月接受诊疗的骨巨细胞瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受实施X线检查、CT检查。结果:长骨病变患者占65.22%,椎体病变患者占17.39%,耻骨病变占4.35%,髂骨病变4.35%、肩胛骨病变4.65%。X线平片显示20例囊状膨胀性骨质破坏,17例溶骨性破坏患者,17例骨包壳不完整患者,主要表现为骨质中断或者受到破坏、骨皮质变薄等,髂骨及骶髂关节受累患者5例。CT检查囊样膨胀性骨质破坏患者20例,17例溶骨性破坏患者。CT平扫检查结果可见14例软组织肿块患者,CT增强扫描检查显示17例软组织肿块患者。结论:骨巨细胞瘤患者应用X线、CT检查能够自不同方面使病理改变获得反映,联合应用两种检查方式能够提高诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the value of X-ray and CT examination in patients with giant cell tumor of bone.Methods:23 patients with giant cell tumor of bone who underwent diagnosis and treatment from March 2018 to May 2019 were studied.All patients underwent X-ray and CT examinations.Results:Long bone disease patients accounted for 65.22%,vertebral body disease patients accounted for 17.39%,pubic bone disease accounted for 4.35%,sacral disease was 4.35%,and scapular disease was 4.65%.Plain radiographs showed 20 cases of cystic swollen bone destruction,17 cases of osteolytic destruction,and 17 cases of incomplete osteoencapsulation.The main manifestations were bone disruption or damage,thinning of the cortex,etc.And 5 patients with sacroiliac joint involvement.CT examination of 20 patients with cystic expansive bone destruction and 17 patients with osteolytic damage.CT scan revealed 14 patients with soft tissue mass,and CT enhanced scan revealed 17 patients with soft tissue mass.Conclusion:X-ray and CT examination of patients with giant cell tumor of bone can reflect pathological changes from different aspects,and the combined application of the two examination methods can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
