探究CT及磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染的临床应用价值

To Explore the Clinical Value of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Central Nervous System Infection

目的:对比CT、磁共振对中枢神经系统感染疾病的临床诊断价值。方法:观察组为2017年3月~2019年12月本院收治的60例中枢神经系统感染患者,对照组为同一时间健康体检的60名健康人员,所有人员均实施CT检查、磁共振检查,回顾分析检查结果。结果:评价CT检查、磁共振检查异常率,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不同类型疾病检查异常率方面,磁共振检查均高于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论:CT、磁共振都可用于中枢神经系统感染疾病的临床诊断,但是MRI诊断准确率更高,可作为首选检查方法。

Objective:To compare the clinical value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods:From March 2017 to December 2019,60 patients with central nervous system infection were treated in the observation group and 60 healthy persons in the control group,the results of examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The abnormal rate of CT and MRI in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the abnormal rate of different diseases in the observation group was higher than that in the CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CT and MRI can be used in the clinical diagnosis of central nervous system infection,but MRI has a higher diagnostic accuracy and can be used as the first choice.
