二次清洗登记表在外来器械再处理中的应用

On Application of Secondary Cleaning Registration Form in the Reprocessing of Loaned Medical Instrument

目的:设计外来器械再处理(再处理指外来器械使用后及时的彻底清洗、消毒,俗称外来器械二次清洗)登记表格,将其应用到外来器械二次清洗中,观察该表格在外来器械二次清洗管理中的应用效果。方法:2018年6月~2019年6月针对消毒供应中心外来器械存在二次清洗率低的不良情况进行统计并分析原因,设计及制作“外来器械二次清洗接收登记表”,以提高外来器械二次清洗率。结果:优化二次清洗登记表格使用后,二次清洗率由27.3%上升至98%,器械清洗合格率也明显上升。减轻了使用前处理的难度,节约了时间。结论:二次清洗登记表格操作简单,实用性强,在没有追溯系统信息的前提下,能够起到很好的手工追溯外来器械再处理的清洗率。

Objective:To create a registration form for the reprocessing of loaned medical instrument(reprocessing refers to the thorough cleaning and disinfection of loaned medical instrument in time,commonly known as secondary cleaning of loaded medical instrument),and making it available to the secondary cleaning of loaned medical instrument,so that we can observe the application results and effects of such form in reprocessing operation of loaned medical instrument.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,in order to tackle the problem of low secondary cleaning rate in loaned medical instrument,we deployed careful statistics and cause effect analysis,then created“Secondary Cleaning Registration Form for Loaned Medical Instrument”.Result:After optimizing the use of the secondary cleaning registration form,the secondary cleaning rate increased from 27.3%to 98%,and the instrument cleaning pass rate also increased significantly.It mitigated the risk of urgent treatment before practice,thus saved our department a great deal of time.Conclusion:The secondary cleaning registration form is simple in operation and strong in practicability.Without information trace system in place in this moment,it can also improve and remain sound cleaning rate for loaned medical instrument,which,we conclude,is suitable for promotion in disinfection supply centers.
