“五常法”护理模式对提高消化内镜应用质量的影响

The Influence of"Five Regular Methods"Nursing Mode on Improving the Quality of Digestive Endoscopy Application

目的:探析“五常法”护理模式对提高消化内镜应用质量的影响。方法:2018年实施前一年设为对照组,实施后一年设为观察组,对比应用的效果。结果:两组经内镜逆行胆胰管造影(ERCP)、肠镜、胃镜每日的工作量、无菌用品的未过期率、仪器设备的完好率、环境满意度对比,观察组(3.24±0.60)例、(30.66±3.74)例、(100.15±12.42)例、99.0%、92.1%、99.0%优于对照组的(1.35±0.57)例、(20.32±3.68)例、(80.84±11.53)例、89.0%、78.9%、79.6%,统计学存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内镜中心实施五常法护理的模式,应用效果良好。

Objective:To explore the influence of"five regular methods"nursing mode on improving the quality of digestive endoscopy application.Methods:In January 2018,our digestive endoscopy center began to apply the nursing mode of five routine method,setting the previous year as the control group and the next year as the observation group to compare the effect of application.Results:The daily workload of ERCP,the intact rate of instruments and equipment,and the environmental satisfaction of the two groups were compared.In the observation group(3.24±0.60),(30.66±3.74),(100.15±12.42),99.0%,92.1%,99.0%were better than those of the control group(1.35±0.57),(20.32±3.68),(80.84±11.53)cases,89.0%,78.9%,79.6%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The five regular nursing mode in the digestive endoscopy center has a good effect.
