Driven by various news technologies,academic journals make full use of new technologies to expand the content and form and realize the transformation of publishing model. Publishers provide faster,more convenient,professional,various services for users by mining the content of academic journals,and even changing profit model by embracing open access. Although these changes brings the libraries opportunities by the diversification of resources and eases the pressure on funding constraints,etc.,at the same time,they makes it more difficult for the libraries both in building their academic journal collection and in providing services to the academic community.
