摘要
在对现有学者学术影响力评价指标剖析的基础上,尝试从学者的论文产出、论文影响、高质量论文表现等多个维度对其学术表现进行画像,探讨高水平学术人才的挖掘方法。结合H指数,利用正向的相似性分析、分类预测的反推验证,探讨识别方法的科学性及结果的可靠性。
On the basis of the analysis of the existing scholars’ academic influence evaluation indicators,this paper portrays the scholars’ academic performance from paper output,paper impact and high quality paper performance and so on. Combined with the H index,the positive similarity analysis and the reverse verification of the classification prediction are used,the paper explores the scientificity and reliability of the identification method of high-level academic talents.
