摘要
利用小试聚合装置对新鲜乙二醇(EG)和聚酯生产中的馏出EG在乙酸锑和乙二醇锑2种催化剂条件下聚合评价,制备超有光聚酯切片和膜级聚酯切片,对切片的色相进行检测分析。结果表明:在乙酸锑、EG催化剂条件下,新鲜EG、回用EG制备的膜级聚酯切片要比同条件下制备的超有光聚酯L值、b值高。在乙二醇锑催化剂条件下,新鲜EG、回用EG制备的膜级聚酯切片要比超有光聚酯L值、b值高。膜级聚酯要比超有光聚酯的高真空反应时间长。
The polymerization of fresh ethylene glycol and distillate ethylene glycol in the production of polyester was evaluated in a pilot plant under the conditions of antimony acetate and ethylene glycol antimony catalysts.The super bright polyester chips and film grade polyester chips were prepared,and the hue of the chips was detected and analyzed.The results showed that under the conditions of antimony acetate and ethylene glycol catalyst,the L value and b value of the film grade polyester chips prepared with fresh ethylene glycol and recycled ethylene glycol were higher than those of the super bright polyester chips prepared under the same conditions.Under the condition of ethylene glycol antimony catalyst,the l-value and b-value of film grade polyester chips prepared by fresh ethylene glycol and recycled ethylene glycol are higher than those of super bright polyester.The high vacuum reaction time of film grade polyester is longer than that of super bright polyester.
