盆底超声诊断盆腔器官脱垂的价值分析

摘要 目的分析盆底超声诊断盆腔器官脱垂的价值。方法选择30例盆腔器官脱垂患者作为研究组,另选择同期30例非盆腔器官脱垂患者作为对照组。两组患者均进行盆底超声检查,对比两组患者检查后盆隔裂孔情况及盆底超声影像学特点。结果研究组患者盆隔裂孔宽径、长径以及面积分别为(4.75±0.52)cm、(6.94±0.62)cm、(17.84±3.89)cm^2,均明显大于对照组的(3.23±0.34)cm、(4.52±0.49)cm、(12.26±3.17)cm^2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患者多圆形裂孔。对照组患者直肠形态与耻骨在盆腔空间中呈现出对称的特点,同时有连续性的回声出现。研究组患者耻骨内侧缘与一侧或两侧肌肉之间的连接已经断开,并且形成了较大的弧度,同时阴道附近的回声不明显,有结构缺损现象。另外,盆底与盆隔裂孔两者的中轴线之间出现了一个相对较大的夹角,同时连接耻骨直肠肌与各盆腔器官的结缔组织出现了比较明显的疏松情况,且局部回声不均匀。结论利用盆底超声技术可以快速、准确的检查女性盆底结构,对早期诊断与治疗盆腔器官脱垂具有非常重要的作用和意义,应进一步推广应用。 Objective To analyze the value of pelvic floor ultrasound in diagnosing pelvic organ prolapse.Methods There were 30 patients with pelvic organ prolapse selected as the study group,and 30 patients without pelvic organ prolapse as the control group.Both groups underwent pelvic floor ultrasound examination,and the pelvic septal hiatus and pelvic floor ultrasound imaging characteristics were compared between the two groups.Results The width diameter,length diameter and area of the pelvic septal hiatus of the research group were(4.75±0.52)cm,(6.94±0.62)cm and(17.84±3.89)cm^2,which were obviously larger than(3.23±0.34)cm,(4.52±0.49)cm and(12.26±3.17)cm^2 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the patients in the research group were mostly round hiatus.In the control group,the shape of the rectum and the pubic bone were symmetrical in the pelvic space,and there were continuous echoes.The connection between the medial edge of the pubic bone and the muscles on one or both sides of the research group had been disconnected and formed a larger arc.At the same time,the echo near the vagina was not obvious,and there was a structural defect.In addition,there was a relatively large angle between the central axis of the pelvic floor and the pelvic septal hiatus.At the same time,the connective tissue connecting the puborectalis muscle and the pelvic organs was relatively loose,and the local echo was uneven.Conclusion Pelvic floor ultrasound can quickly and accurately examine the structure of the female pelvic floor,which has a very important role and significance for early diagnosis and treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and should be further promoted and applied.
