综合康复护理对结直肠癌根治术患者康复效果及并发症的影响

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect and complications of patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的探析直肠癌根治术患者应用综合康复护理对康复效果及并发症的影响。方法76例接受直肠癌根治术的患者,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用综合康复护理。比较两组患者康复效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组引流时间(1.19±0.56)d、排气时间(2.27±0.65)d、康复活动训练时间(2.37±0.77)d均短于对照组的(2.36±1.57)、(3.28±1.28)、(3.17±1.54)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.26%低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌根治术患者接受综合康复护理后,其康复效果能够得到有效的促进,且并发症发生率减少,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation effect and complications of patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation effect and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The drainage time(1.19±0.56)d,exhaust time(2.27±0.65)d and rehabilitation activity training time(2.37±0.77)d of the observation group were shorter than(2.36±1.57),(3.28±1.28)and(3.17±1.54)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has high clinical value for patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer,which can effectively promote the rehabilitation effect with lower incidence of complications.
