摘要 目的探究肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的应用效果。方法50例肿瘤患者(研究组)以及随机选择的50例健康者(对照组)作为研究对象。通过化学发光免疫法对两组研究对象血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)五种肿瘤标志物进行检验,对比检测水平及阳性检出率。结果研究组AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199检验水平分别为(1001±321)ng/L、(80.5±16)ng/L、(510±17)U/L、(515±66)U/L、(410±35)U/L,均高于对照组的(768±62)ng/L、(17.5±3)ng/L、(231±20)U/L、(291±22)U/L、(121±11)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CEA、CA199、CA153、AFP、CA125阳性检出率分别为62.0%(31/50)、68.0%(34/50)、56.0%(28/50)、54.0%(27/50)、58.0%(29/50),均高于对照组的0、0、0、0、0,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法具有操作简单、灵敏度高以及特异性强等特点,且该检验技术检验结果准确性并不会因样本破坏或者溶血而受到影响,在临床上对肿瘤疾病、免疫系统疾病、心脏病以及病毒等检查方面有着广泛应用,检测效果良好,检测准确率较高。 Objective To investigate the practical effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers. Methods A total of 50 tumor patients(research group) and 50 healthy subjects(control group) were randomly selected as the research subjects. Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199), carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153), alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in the serum of the two groups of subjects were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the detection level and positive detection rate were compared. Results The test levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153, CA199 in the research group were(1001±321) ng/L,(80.5±16) ng/L,(510±17) U/L,(515±66) U/L,(410±35) U/L respectively, which were all higher than(768±62) ng/L,(17.5±3) ng/L,(231±20) U/L,(291± 22) U/L,(121±11) U/L of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive detection rates of CEA, CA199, CA153, AFP, and CA125 of the research group were 62.0%(31/50), 68.0%(34/50), 56.0%(28/50), 54.0%(27/50) and 58.0%(29/50), which were all higher than 0, 0, 0, 0 and 0 of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay has the characteristics of simple operation, high sensitivity and strong specificity, and the accuracy of the test results will not be affected by sample destruction or hemolysis. It is widely used in the clinical detection of tumor diseases, immune system diseases, heart diseases and viruses, with good detection effect and high detection accuracy.
