当前,担负着为国家培养竞技体育人才的高校体育运动管理是国家培养人才的重要手段,其担负着巨大的职责。近些年,越来越多的高校对于体育运动队更加的重视,投入的建设与管理规模也不断加大,并且越来越积极地参与到体育各项比赛项目中去。但是由于当前并不平衡的各项参赛项目与各大院校之间运动队的水平之间的差异,使得高校运动队在建设中出现了越来越明显的问题。该文将对高校运动队管理模式进行现状分析,同时针对往后的发展路径提出具体的意见及建议,供相关专业院校参考。

At present,the management of sports teams in colleges and universities,which is responsible for the training of competitive sports talents for the country,is an important means for the country to train talents.In recent years,more and more colleges and universities pay more attention to the sports team,the scale of the construction and management has become larger and larger,and more and more active participation in the sports events.However,because of the difference between the unbalanced events and the level of sports teams in universities,there are more and more obvious problems in the construction of sports teams in universities.This article will analyze the current situation of management mode in university sports teams,and put forward specific suggestions for the future development path,and give reference to other professional colleges.
