摘要
该文运用文献综述法阐述了"微课"的概念与特征,并对其在高校瑜伽教学中的应用途径进行探讨,其目的在于为整合高校瑜伽教学的资源,丰富高校瑜伽教学的方法,实现高校瑜伽教学课内外一体化的发展,提供必要的借鉴与参考。为提高高校学生的瑜伽学习兴趣,提高教学的精准程度,推进高校学生瑜伽活动的常态化参与,促进其瑜伽综合素质能力的全面发展,提供相应的支持与保障。
The paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of"micro class"by using the method of literature review,and probes into its application in yoga teaching in colleges and universities.Its purpose is to provide necessary reference for integrating the resources of yoga teaching in colleges and universities,enriching the methods of yoga teaching in colleges and universities,realizing the integration of the inside and outside of yoga teaching,and providing necessary reference.In order to improve the interest of college students in yoga learning,improve the accuracy of teaching,promote the normal participation of college students in yoga activities,promote the overall development of their comprehensive quality and ability of yoga,and provide corresponding support and guarantee.
