Group cohesion is an important condition to measure whether a team has combat effectiveness and whether collective activities can achieve the expected goals.Firstly,the concept of group cohesion and the pendulum model theory of cohesion are expounded.Secondly,from the perspective of system science,the construction of primary and secondary school teams is considered as a general complex system in a simple environment.Finally,the ways and methods of improving the cohesion of primary and secondary school teams are specifically discussed,from the aspects of decision-making subsystem,control and information,steady state and environment.
