On the Modernization of Sports Governance

体育治理是我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,是面对剧烈变革时代浪潮的应然之举,其是多元主体面对体育领域中的多样问题,从而采用多重工具实行的有利多方利益的善治过程。实现体育治理的现代化需要转变单一的政府主导型包办模式,向政府、市场、社会组织多元主体共同参与的共办模式转变;转变重竞技轻基础的发展结构,向精英体育和大众体育协同发展的方向努力;转变传统的行政治理方式,向法制化治理迈进。

Sports governance is an important part of the modernization of our country’s national governance system and governance capabilities.It is the right move in the face of the wave of radical changes.It is a process of good governance in which multiple subjects face multiple issues in the sports field and use multiple tools to implement the benefits of multiple interests.Realizing the modernization of sports governance requires a transformation from a single government-led arrangement model to a co-organization model in which the government,market,and social organizations participate together;change the development structure that emphasizes competition and neglect the foundation,and work towards the coordinated development of elite sports and mass sports;change the traditional administrative governance methods and move towards legal governance.
