摘要
曲轴是航空发动机的核心部件之一,其主要功能是将连杆的往复运动转换成旋转运动。曲轴成本约占整个发动机翻修成本的三成以上,本文从通航最常用的某型航空活塞发动机的技术资料、翻修程序和修理方法等方面对发动机曲轴翻修技术进行研究,重点研究曲轴的修理方法。希望其研究思路和方法可为航空发动机其他核心部件的翻修技术研究抛砖引玉。
Crankshaft is one of the core parts of the aircraft engine.Its main function is to convert the reciprocating motion of the connecting rod into the rotary motion.The cost of the crankshaft accounts for more than 30%of the whole engine repair cost.In this paper,the repair technology of the engine crankshaf is studied from the technical data,repair procedure and repair method of the most commonly used aviation piston engine,focusing on the repair method of the crankshaft.It is hoped that the research ideas and methods can be used 28 a reference for the research on the renovation technology of other core components of aeroengine.
