摘要
涂装作为一个产生挥发性有机废气(VOCs)的关键工艺过程,广泛存在于各行各业中,其产生的VOCs具有风量大、浓度低等特点,使得涂装VOCs治理存在工程投资大、运行费用高等问题。循环风改造通过将部分含VOCs气体循环利用实现废气的减量增浓,本文以某汽车涂装项目为例,介绍了循环风改造在涂装废气治理中的应用,并对其进行经济性分析,以期为涂装行业的循环风改造提供借鉴。
As 2 key process for generating volatile organic waste gas(VOCs),painting is widely used in various industries.The VOCs generated by it have the characteristics of large air volume and low concentration,which makes the treatment of painting VOCs have large engineering investment and operating costs.Citculating air reformation realizes the reduction and concentration of exhaust gas by recycling some VOCs.This article takes an automobile painting project 28 an example to introduce the application of circulating air reformation in the treatment of coating exhaust gas,and conducts economic analysis on it in order to provide 2 reference for the reform of circulating air in the coating industry.
