As China's Socialist market economy continues to grow,the country's major enterprises are entering the ranks of reform and innovation.Overall budget management,as a very important management means in the operation of enterprises,plays n important role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Overall budget management can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise management and expand the scale of economic and financial,which to a certain extent increases the difficulty of budget management,making the level of overall mangement adversely affected.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the overall budget management and the actual situation of the Enterprise Development and management,this paper sums up a series of innovative counter measures to strengthen the overall budget management.
