科技的高速发展推动了企业多地办公模式的形成。多地办公模式对企业的扩大化和可持续化发展有着重要意义,目前的应用越来越广泛,对其管理的质量和效率直接影响到企业发展。而传统的管理模式所暴露的问题日益凸显,存在种种不足,亟需完善。在这一背景下,本文分析了目前多地办公管理模式面对的普遍性问题,并提出有效完善该管理模式的措施,以促进企业效能的提升。

The rapid development of science and technology promotes the formation of muli office mode in enterprises.The multi office mode is of great significance to the expansion and sustainable development of enterprises.At present,its application is more and more extensive.The quality and efficiency of its management directly affect the development of enterprises.However,the problems exposed by the traditional management model are increasingly prominent,there are various deficiencies,which need to be improved.In this context,this paper analyzes the common problems faced by the current multi office management mode,and puts forwatd ffective measures to improve the management mode,in order to promote the efficiency of enter prises.
