现代学徒制双导师制教学团队建设的实践分析

Practical Analysis on the Construction of Modern Apprenticeship Double Tutor Teaching Team

在当前高职教育的教育环境中,仍然存在着专业与企业之间相互交接人才不通的问题。那么由此诞生了现代学徒制双导师,而双导师分别由高职教育方面的教育以及企业工厂师傅共同担任。因此,在高职教育中,打造双导师建制的教学团队是当下的重大教学目标。本文将就这些问题提出自己的看法,希望能为解决推行现代学徒制双导师制问题抛砖引玉。

In the current educational envirnment of higher vocational education,there is still the problem that the talents are not connected between majors and enterprises.Then the birth of modern apprenticeship double tutor,and the double tutor respectively by the higher voc ational education and enterprise factory master together.Therefore,in higher vocational education,building a teaching team with double tutors is the major teaching goal at present.This paper will put forward their own views on these problems,boping to solve the problem of implementing the modern pprenticeship double tutorial system.
