基于现代学徒制的口腔修复工艺专业专业建设的研究报告

Research Report on Professional Construction of Prosthodontics Major Based on Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是当前职业教育研究的热点,其主要是以校企合作作为基础,有效培养学生的专业实践能力,由于我国现代学徒制的起步比较晚,为了推进现代学徒制更好地实施,我国教育部门出台了相关的制度,在全国范围内开展了现代学徒制的试点。本研究主要围绕现代学徒制在中职口腔修复工艺专业的专业建设,探索了校企合作、课程建设、人才培养等方面的有效途径,积累了较丰富的实践资料,提出了实施方案,为中职口腔修复工艺专业现代学徒制模式的推广应用提供了参考、借鉴。

Modern apprenticeship is a hot spot in the current vocational education research.It is mainly based on school enterprise cooperation to effectively cultivate students'professional practical ability.Due to the late start of modern apprenticeship in China,in order to promote the better implementation of modern apprenticeship,China's Ministry of education has issued relevant systems and carried out pilot projects of modern apprenticeship nationwide.This study mainly focused on the professional construction of modern apprenticeship in dental prosthodontics in secondary vocational schools,explored the effective ways of school enterprise cooperation,curriculum construction,personnel training and other aspects,accumulated rich practical data,and put forward the implementation plan,which provided reference for the popularization and application of modern apprenticeship mode in secondary vocational dental prosthodontics.
